Roster preview
Characters: Heroes in the Official Snapshot
The public overview gives us a set of roles and promises complementary abilities. Use the observation sheet here to turn a future gameplay note into a usable character record without guessing from a role label.
§Roles named by the official overview#
The Queen
Official roleNamed as one of the playable heroes. The public overview does not provide a full ability or route record yet.
The Thief
Official roleNamed as one of the unlikely heroes. Detailed mechanics and progression are held for review.
The Warrior
Official roleNamed in the official playable-hero snapshot. Exact movement or puzzle interactions await direct evidence.
The Wizard
Official roleNamed in the official playable-hero snapshot. No unverified spell list is published here.
The Talking Boat
Official roleThe official store copy includes a talking boat among the heroes. Its role and story are open fields for later records.
§Complementary abilities#
The official description says each character wields complementary abilities and has a story to tell. The guide will connect an ability to a puzzle context only after the game makes that relationship reproducible.
§Turn a role into a useful record#
The official overview supplies role labels. A player-facing character page needs the context around an ability before it can call that ability a fact.
| Official role | Confirmed now | Still required for a guide |
|---|---|---|
| Queen | Named among the heroes | In-game name, control context, repeatable interaction, and story boundary |
| Thief | Named among the heroes | In-game name, control context, repeatable interaction, and story boundary |
| Warrior | Named among the heroes | In-game name, control context, repeatable interaction, and story boundary |
| Wizard | Named among the heroes | In-game name, control context, repeatable interaction, and story boundary |
| Talking boat | Named among the heroes | In-game name, control context, repeatable interaction, and story boundary |
§Hero observation sheet#
- Role and displayed name: copy both exactly, and keep a role label separate from a formal name.
- Puzzle context: record the world, room label, objective, and any visible state that makes the interaction possible.
- Observed ability: describe the input and visible result without guessing why the game permits it.
- Boundary: mark whether the note is no spoiler, light spoiler, or major spoiler before sharing it.
- Proof: retain a screenshot, timecode, or second-editor reproduction before turning the note into a solution.
§Keep the story and puzzle layers readable#
The official narrative article says story momentum comes from player discovery rather than passive cutscenes. It presents puzzles as part of the mystery, with story information learned through gameplay, notes, audio logs, and environmental clues. That makes a character record more useful when it separates what the hero does from what the hero's story reveals.
A no-spoiler roster can stay at role level. A light-spoiler entry can describe broad relationships between heroes and worlds. Exact meetings, unlock conditions, audio-log locations, and story outcomes belong behind a major-spoiler check after direct play.
§The three story layers the developer names#
The September 14 narrative article describes a discovery-led story with three distinct layers. Each layer gives a different kind of note to preserve while you play.
Character tales
Official narrative layerJourneys begin across four realms and appear isolated, then characters meet as mechanics are restored and gateways open. Keep the character, location, and relationship change separate in your notes.
Audio logs and environmental lore
Official narrative layerHidden audio logs cover the Order's origin and the Overworld, while puzzle environments carry their own story clues. Record the log location and the surrounding puzzle context.
The Queen's backstory
Official narrative layerThe article says guiding the Queen reveals details about her past and identity. Keep those notes behind the appropriate spoiler boundary rather than putting them in a role-level roster.
§What the current video queue cannot prove#
Third-party demo videos can help us find candidate rooms and recurring player questions. Their titles and metadata do not certify a hero's ability, an unlock condition, or a route. The current YouTube candidates remain internal until frames, subtitles, and timecodes can be inspected.
§Fields held for later#
| Field | Why it is held |
|---|---|
| Formal character names | The public overview currently presents role labels. |
| Abilities and interactions | Needs direct gameplay verification. |
| Unlocks and meeting points | Could carry story or route spoilers. |
| Character-specific solutions | Will be staged through the help desk after checking. |
§FAQ#
Are these the final character names?
They are role labels used by the official store copy. This preview does not assign names that the public material has not supplied.
Can I find character builds here?
No build or ability guide is published yet. The future database will require hands-on evidence for each interaction.
Can a role label tell me how to solve a puzzle?
No. A role label identifies a character in the official overview. A solution needs the exact room, visible state, input, and repeatable result.
